It is 42 degrees here, with a windchill of 36. We have had a week of this weather so far, and I'm not liking it. All of this cold has me longing for the 80 degree days of summer and of all of the fun days at the beach. When, oh when, is it going to warm up???
I was looking through my pictures from the summer and the beach and thinking about how much I missed those days. So, here are a few of my favorite summer memories, ones that I hope will warm me (and you) from the inside out. It can't be too long until summer again, right?

As I am complaining, I am thinking about my poor Dad in Ohio. He sent me an email today that said:

I'm so with you! This weather makes me want to unker down with a good book and a fire... too bad two small children aren't conducive to that :) The beach is much better for them (and me)
