Jackson and I made cupcakes this afternoon... what a huge help he was!! He emptied the mix into the bowl, poured in the water and oil, cracked the eggs, and helped stir. He also watched them bake for the entire 20 minutes they were in the oven. As soon as the timer went off, he was climbing into his chair to wait for the finished product!
